One of the better fits I've heard of is 2 complex hardeners an ADV repper, and I believe the highs are a scanner and nitrus. I am a shield tank so I don't armor tank too much. Neither tank allows small turrets if you want to run all complex.

sacrifice your high slots and see what you can fit in the lows then go for module optimization, then fitting op. seeing what you can do CPU and PG wise once you can fit your lows then play around with your high slots.
